Forced Withdrawals

Moderators can forcibly withdraw a registration if it does not conform to the community’s service moderation policy. Force withdrawing a registration creates a tombstone page.

1. Select the “Submitted” tab in the Moderation Dashboard.
   
2. Select a registration from the “Public” or “Embargo” tabs on your moderator dashboard.
   
3. Click the “Make Decision” button and dropdown will appear.
   
4. Select “Force withdraw”.
   
5. Enter the reason for the withdrawal for the registration in the ‘justification for withdrawal’ text box.
   The justification will be permanent and visible to anyone accessing the registration’s tombstone page.
   
6. Click “Submit”.
